Since it's nearing the end of summer, I thought I'd show you guys a light pastel before the cooler weather starts to set in :) This is Petal Pusher from the SH Insta Dri line. A light pastel pink bordering on a creamy white. The first time I swatched this I hated it, but I also wasn't very good at getting an even application. The second time around, I got it a bit more even and I liked it. I used three coats, no topcoat:
This color looks so classy on any skin tone, in my opinion. Just light enough to not make me look like I have mannequin hands (and I'm super pale), so that's a plus. Let me know what you think about this one!!
Thanks for reading

I love reading each and every comment from all of you! However, please refrain from link spamming me. If you comment, I will most likely check out your blog, but if you drop links here, I will delete the comment. I don't think it's fair to my other readers to have to deal with a bunch of links in my comments, which is why I moderate all comments. That being said, I welcome any and all comments about this blog, and I truly appreciate everyone who comes here to read <3

ReplyDeletepretty color, it looks great on you:)
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely peach for spring time!
ReplyDeletevery soft and pretty!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the pastel, but have a sneaking feeling that my fiancee would hate it on me. I don't think it'd go well with my beard.
ReplyDeleteDo you have trouble with the Sally Hansen's Insta Dry's. I love this color, but it takes forever until it's dry enough for me to do something with my hands.
ReplyDeleteI feel as if the insta-dry is only dry enough so that it's not wet, but when I will do something, for example fold clothes, my nail polish will completely mess up.
Maybe it's just me...
you know, i've never left it without a topcoat long enough to see how it dries on it's own. i'll have to check it out, though.
