Thanks to Greeneyespinknails, ThePolishedPanda, and Mimi's Mani's, I have been awarded the Versatile Blogger award!!  Thanks so much ladies!  They all have great blogs, so you should definitely check them out :)

There are only 2 rules to this award and the are:

Hmmmmm...seven things about myself.  I always have trouble with these kinds of things.  Anyway:

1.  I am a second year senior in college, about to graduate with my BS in Psychology

2.  I have no idea what I'm doing after I graduate, and that scares me

3.  I want to get my nail tech certification within the year

4.  I have a 1 1/2 year old res dog named Lily

5.  My favorite foods are corn and chicken kiev

6.  I recently turned 23 and I feel old now

7.  I play 5 instruments:  clarinet, bass clarinet, french horn, mellophone, and piano

This tag was originally created by CarlyCristman over on Youtube.  I am a big fan of her channel and watched her original video on this.  It was hilarious!!  


1. What’s a nickname only your family calls you?
    My family calls me Coury or Lambie
2. What’s a weird habit of yours?
    I won't go to bed without doing my whole bedtime routine.  Even if I'm super tired, I'll power through it until I feel sufficiently ready for bed.
3. Do you have any weird phobias?
    I am absolutely terrified of flying bugs and waves in the ocean.
4. What’s a song you secretly love to blast and belt out when you’re alone?
    Anything Lady Gaga or E.T. by Katy Perry
5. What’s one of your biggest pet peeves?
    When you're trying to have a conversation with someone over the phone and they are constantly yelling   at/talking to someone else on their end!
6. What’s one of your nervous habits?
   It used to be biting my nails, but now it's bouncing my legs
7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
    If you're looking at the bed, the left side
8. What was your first stuffed animal and its name?
    His name is Rus and he's a stuffed dog.  I still sleep with him :)
9. What’s the drink you always order at Starbucks?
    Iced, decaf cinnamon dolce latte with no whip.  Yummy!
10. What’s the beauty rule you preach, but never actually practice?
    Keeping my cuticles moisturized all the time.  Especially on workdays :( 
11. Which way do you face in the shower?
    Both ways, I rotate :)
12. Do you have any weird body skills?
    I can make a three leaf clover out of my tongue!
13. What’s your favorite comfort food that’s “bad”, but you love to eat it anyway?
    Mashed potatoes for sure!
14. What’s a phrase or exclamation you always say?
    I don't think I have a phrase I always say...
15. Time to sleep – what are you actually wearing
    A baggy, comfortable shirt and either boyshorts or cotton shorts.

Another Tag! Would You Rather? 2011 Edition :)

I really love keeping up with the nail and beauty community on youtube and this tag has been floating around :)    I thought I would share it with you all!  It's a bit more beauty oriented, but I know most of you are into that   junk too :)  I tag everyone!


QUESTIONS:

1.) Would you rather lose all of your mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks, and lipglosses or lose all of your palettes and eyeshadows? not my eyeshadows!  haha I've invested far too much money in them

2.) Would you rather chop off all your hair or never be able to cut it again? chop it off

3.) Would you rather have a coral cheek or a pink cheek? pink :)

4.) If you had $1000 to spend, Would you rather buy clothes or makeup? nail polish!!

5.) Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner, or eyeliner as lipstick? eyeliner as lipstick

6.) Would you rather only shop at MAC or Sephora? I love MAC, but I have to say Sephora

7.) Would you rather only use one eyeshadow color or one lip color for the rest of your life? one lip color

8.) Would you rather wear winter clothes in summer or summer clothes in winter? winter clothes in summer, only because if I wore summer clothes in the winter where I live, I'd probably die.

9.) Would you rather dark nails or bright nails all year round? dark for sure

10.) Would you rather give up your favorite lip product or your favorite eye product? favorite lip product

11.) Would you rather only be able to wear your hair in a pony tail or a messy bun? probably messy bun

12.) Would your rather never being able to paint your nails again or never use lipgloss? never use lipgloss!  I would cry if I could never paint my nails again :(

13.) Would you rather shave your eyebrows and have none at all? or sharpie them in everyday? could I use a method other than sharpie?  Sharpie, I guess...

14.) Would you rather live without makeup or nail polish? ooh, hard.  ummmmm. I suppose I'd live without makeup because you can find stuff to tint your face with like in the olden days.  There's really no replacement for my precious polish :)
